Bring American Ninja Warrior to Detroit!

American Ninja Warrior has contacted us to help bring ANW Season 4 to the Detroit Area this year.

American Ninja Warrior is currently searching the country in hopes of finding the most athletic competitors yet!  American Ninja Warrior - Season 4 (which will air on G4 & NBC) is looking for male and female fitness buffs, gymnasts, rock climbers, coaches, moms & dads, college students, parkour runners, extreme athletes and whoever thinks they can beat the course!

Currently, All applicants from the Midwest and South-Central regions will compete in Dallas, Texas if selected. Let’s show them that Michigan has enough athletes to justify our very own regional tryout!

How Can I Help?

Create a video that showcases your ninja abilities and tell us why G4 should select you. Demonstrate your strength, speed, agility, balance and endurance. Prove to us that you can stand out from the rest of the pack.

Submission Guidelines

• Remember, only you and your doctor can assess your abilities and physical strength. Don’t try anything that may endanger you or anyone else.
• You must be 21 or older to apply and a legal United States resident.
• Provide clear contact info, or your submission won’t be considered.
• Only one submission per person.
• No profanity, nudity or offensive material. (PG-13 rating.)
• Your video may include music they provide. 
• IF YOU USE MUSIC IN YOUR VIDEO, USE G4 MUSIC ONLY.
• Make sure your video is well lit and your audio records. We want to see and hear you.
• Your video must be 5 minutes long, or less.
• There’s a 150MB upload limit.

Guess Who’s Adopted - Traverse City

Filmed in Traverse City and Lansing, Guess Who’s Adopted is an inspiring team showing what Michigan has to offer. We look forward to see what else these guys have to offer.

Official Indoor Jam 2011 Video

Here it is, the official video of the first ever Indoor Jam in Michigan. The turnout was amazing, better than we could have ever expected.

Help Us Win $5k To Build Training Equipment

We’re proud to announce that Pepsi has chosen us to participate in their Pepsi Refresh Project. We are attempting to raise $5,000 to build parkour training equipment for Detroit community.

This equipment will be used to promote the art of motion to our youth, encouraging health and fitness to our community by means of a fun and active lifestyle.
